Reserve a Meeting Room
Reserve a Meeting Room
The Glenview Village Hall Board Room and Community Room are available for meetings conducted by local civic, not-for-profit and nonsectarian groups in which a majority of members reside within the Village of Glenview.
Application for use of a room must be made on the form linked below. Upon completion, the application form must be submitted to Executive Assistant Sandie Elliott at selliott@glenview.il.us or delivered to 2500 East Lake Avenue, Glenview, IL 60026.
The Village requires a $100 deposit to be made upon submittal of the application form, either by cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted). The security deposit shall be refunded to the applicant upon a satisfactory inspection of the facilities. Return of a deposit may take about 30 days. No fee shall be charged for use of the facilities.
Requests for use of a meeting room must be made at least two weeks and up to three months in advance of the requested meeting date. Use shall be granted if no conflict exists.
Meeting space may be reserved for use from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week. There is seating for up to 40 people in the Community Room and up to 84 people in the Board Room. There is seating for up to 140 people with the combined use of the Board Room and Community Room.
